Kx85 leaking coolant

So I rode the bike like for 1 minute and as soon as I turned my bike off it started leaking coolant from the drain bolt I think

Gasket is shot. Order a new gasket for around 10$ take out the 3 bolts and replace

Well I'm not sure because it's leaking from the bolt not the gasket

If that's the drain bolt then replace the copper washer that's behind it or that should be behind it

Are you sure it's not leaking out the small hole behind ? If it is you need to replace the water seal.

It wouldn't leak outside if it was a bad seal only would leak into the transmission oil

As long as the seal is in good condition you should be fine. Do an oil change to check of any coolant is seeping in the transmission. If the oil is "watery" and has a white or milky color then u will need to replace your water pump seal.

Well I changed my oil like 3 rides ago and it's already a light brown and it used to be red. I know the gasket is bad because I looked and it's tore. Is it normal for the oil to change that color in 3 rides?

Ok great replace that gasket and clean off any residue left from the old gasket so it can probably seal. Keep an eye on your hour glass to be sure there is no coolant in Ur oil

I checked my trans oil and it was like a light brown/grey

You should be fine just keep an eye on it

Ok I'm gonna change is this weekend to make sure before I go on my ride I'll send pics of the oil

Yes, that's normal. If it's brown then no water is getting in. Change the oil every 10 hours. More often if it's coming out very dirty

If the oil gets coolant into it, it will look like milk, hard to miss.
