15 yz250f problem

Recommended Posts

So i just recently did the topend on my bike. After i was done i fired it up and ran it then shut it off and since it was late went to bed. Came out the next day fired it up ran it for about 15 mins and shut it down. About a hour or so later started it and went to shift into first and it stalled and now it wont start. Any ideas? I havent tore it down to see anything except the timing and it looked good to me. Any ideas?

Check the plug on the ECU. If all connections are good check the TPS to make sure it hasn't moved. If that is verified then replace the pressure sensor with the new updated part. It will not show a code if its bad. Just my 2 cents

Well i think i found the problem a broken woodruff key. I guess i didnt torque the flywheel enough and it slipped off and sheared the key. Im getting a new one tomorrow and will see what happens.
