fair price?

Hey guys, what do you think a fair price for a nice CR250 2002 is. Its been sitting for a few years, great shape, pretty low hours for the year, stock engine, hyd. clutch, good tires and exhaust, many extras(plastics,tire,cables,seat,) Trail ridden. Runs great, needs a clean up from sitting for so many years, probably needs air cleaner, carb. cleaning....

What do you think?

A lot of people ride here to but that is a good, popular used bike. I see them advertised from $2,500-3,500 quite a bit. Doesn't mean they are selling for that but that's where people are starting.

3rd Gen CR's are super popular right now. It would be priced for at least $2k in my area, and it would sell within a week if it was decent. I just posted a decent 04 CR250R for $2900 and I have already had offers of $2200-$2500.

A nice CR250R will sell for $2500 no problem. Clean stock. Anything less than $2k, I would consider it a good deal.

agreed.  in my area, that bike would probably go for 2-3000.

Just sold a decent 04 for $2400 last night. Took less than a week. Had it posted at $2900.
