Jetting question

You rotate the carb.
It would be nice if you gave us a clue as to what bike you were asking about ....
Pre '07 are easier to rotate.
Damage to the hot start nut is probably if you are not careful.

Pilot from the bottom, rotate carb first and go through the  drain plug, or remove the bowl cover.

Emulsion tube from the bottom (a wear item).

Needle from the top, moving the carb back and forth to get at the cover screws.

Apump from the bottom, but the apump spring upgrade is best done by removing the carb (throttle wheel cover is hard to remove otherwise).

That's all you ever need to do, unless you have corrosion....
