Trans bearings

I could do the research but maybe someone here already knows. I am rebuilding my 05 CRF450X and I would like to buy a complete transmission bearing kit. I see that there is one available for the R version. So my question about that is: Do the 450R and the 450X use the same bearings?

Also, what is the common consensus on whether on not to replace the bearings? The bike has 7000mi. on it. I bought it from a guy who used it to commute to work. (Street)

I have looked them up individually but I had hoped to find them as a kit like is sold for the R. That Honda Parts House site is great! Thanks Jzonts!
