You're 13. Street? Assuming you'll be riding on the street, but don't care about being legal? That's one way I suppose...

125 2 Stroke. Easy to find, easy to work on, lots of fun. I'd look at a YZ125 that fits your budget.

At your age a crf150 would be a great trail bike and a fun bike to ride around on. But a crf150 and a yz125 are not really comparable. A yz125 is a 2 stroke you have to go to a crf250 4 stroke to have as much power as a yz125. For your age and weight a 125 will feel like a power house.

No bikes are fast with a slow rider. Nearly all bikes are fast with a good rider.
