So I have a flat rear tire, the valve stem tore off.  I have to replace the tube for a Shinko 705 120/80-18 rear tire.  I've never replaced a tube before and can't find a 120/80-18 tube.  What's the measurement that would work best for the setup I have.  Thanks.

A 110 x 100 -18 should be fine.

Don't tighten the nut on the tire valve down against the rim. Screw it up to the bottom of your valve cap. Let the valve float stem float. That way, if the tire slips on the rim, you have a visual indicator that it's doing so, as the stem will cock to one side when it does and you can correct things before you rip the stem out.

You should also be running a rim lock.
