this cylinder any good? hone or scrap

i hope i can hone this, cant find much info about nikasil if thats what it is. thought it was just a little gunk from sitting.

In the lower photo it looks like there is surface damage that goes deep into the nikasil, so if you can catch your finger nail on it then its time to replace the cylinder. The nikasil coating isnt very thick and it will chip off, also the rings wont seal there.

Definitely has damage to the plating.  It will chip away from there if you run it.

Time for a new or replated cylinder. Running that one could cause catastrophic engine failure.

I bought a Cylinder Works stock bore cylinder for  around $165 on ebay. Looks great.

Either get it reworked or get a new one, I would not use that cylinder head!
