Hydraulic Clutch Leak

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, just picked up my first KTM, and I've noticed there is a small oil leak at the rubber boot where the clutch lever presses into the master cylinder. Is there a way to rebuild that, or do I have to buy an entire new clutch assembly?  I have a hydro clutch on my CRF, but this is the first time I've had an issue with one and I've never taken one apart.

Thanks.

Rebuild kit is around 25 bucks and takes about 10 minutes.  Pretty simple, reverse bleeding is a little meesy though.

Yes it's a pain to do. Watch YouTube on bleeding ktm clutches. You can get bleed tools from harbor
