Sprocket question

Dialed-in recommended going to the 50 tooth sprocket - https://youtu.be/T2eu0tS6UXY. I went with the 50 tooth sprocket and it helps me by keeping the RPMS up. The track I ride at the most is tight and technical, plus I'm not a fast rider. Helps me stay out of the low rpms where it is a bit herky-herky and easy to stall. A couple other people at the track with this bike have also gone to the 50 tooth sprocket - seems like everyone likes it.
