2001 Cr 125 Bogging!!!

Recommended Posts

Bike had low compression previously

Got a full oem Honda topend rebuild cylinder was resleved

Still very low compression

Have FmF expansion chamber

Std silencer

Carb specs

Pilot 35

Main 380

Needle 2nd clip from top

Air/fuel screw 2 turns out

What I've tried so far

New plug

New filter

Checked reeds

Bike starts up easily

But wont rev without bogging

So obviously acts the same when I drive it

Adjusting the air screw makes no difference

Going to check powervales

Left side crankseal looks ok no sign of oil

Any input would be appreciated 20170511_112451.jpg

Problem soloved
One of the Cylinder stud's had come loose and wasn't allowing the head to bolted down flush
Air escaping low compression
