BIGGER GUY BIKE QUESTION

Hey guys, 

I spent a reasonable amount of time looking at a potential new bike. I am a 6 ft rider that is 270 pounds. So I have been looking at a 14+ YZ 450 or a 12+ KX 450. Which one is better for a big guy? (I prefer to keep it stock if possible)

With any used bike, condition is everything.

Suspension is something that needs to be tailored to the individual rider's weight, preference and ability. At your size, either bike will be far too soft.

you didnt mention what type of riding you want to do nor your prior riding experience.  Both of those make a big difference on what bike to recommend.

Sorry, I should've been more specific! I plan on racing mx and I've ridden an 09 CRF 250, a 13 YZ 250F and a 12 YZ 450F. I've ridden 3 different Kawi 250Fs, an 08, 12 and 13. I'm also an intermediate level rider if that helps.

Kawasaki has adjustable pegs and bars, makes life a little better for a big guy.
