05 Rmz 450 no compression

Recommended Posts

Just did a head rebuild for a friend of mine. I can't get any compression out of the motor now. With a compression gauge on it I get nothing, but I put an air line on the engine and cant hear any air leaking out at 80psi or so. Im 99% sure the timing is right and that the valves are properly spaced. Anybody have any ideas why it wouldn't be building compression?

Rings seated? Valves seated on the head correctly? Seems odd.... Did you figure it out!?

Pull off the radiator cap and see if theres any bubbles when you push air into the cylinder to see if the head gasket is leaking. Im betting its the valves.
