That is what I was thinking after I posted my reply.  It was the only thing that made sense.

its now fully legal. next is a big gas tank & stock TL

this petcock will work

 

hose has a smooth path

 

made a copy of the lower support from 1/8" steel welding rod

 

bending jig

 

the clarke tank is from adammtb, petcock is a new yamaha  2GU-24500-02-00, free viton gasket material from brianpeck.

i trimmed the seat bracket corners, they were touching the tank.

had a drip from petcock to tank, used the viton to seal.

should have decent range now.

also pulled off the handlebar blocks & installed stock guards

So you made the lower support element out of welding rod to increase the strength/rigidty?

kickstand is ok. depending on your shock preload & rear tire condition, it could lean a bit more than you'd like

As I've noticed, you have a good collection of parts.
I'm in need of the plastic cases for the clocks.
Mine are pretty beat up as you can see in these photos. Can you assist, or anyone else w/ extras? G.

sorry, i dont have any leads at the moment. i got lucky when someone got rid of his throwaways. between that and my pieces, i built a decent cluster.

try asking over on adventurerider.com/bikes/thumpers/dr350 thread also on maximum suzuki forum DR page.
