As title says I'm looking to buy a used dirt bike. 250 4 stroke. Below I have listed a few that are near my area. Which one of these would you personally buy.

That 11 model KXF has got some good gear on it - i would choose that one

Not a bad price? We offered $3200 and they don't want to take it? Whaddya think we should just do the $3300?

Rektchu, from this and your previous thread, you want a 250f bad, and want someone to validate you spending over $3000 on one. It's your choice, so at least do some more research. Here, and on any other website you'll get opinions all over the map. Google something like "What to look for when buying a used 250 4 stroke" or search this forum for something similar to help with an informed decision.

It's unfortunate, but some sellers will say anything to make a sale. "Low hours" means nothing without a mounted hourmeter and maintenance/repair logs to back up those hours. The same with "just rebuilt" without receipts to show. Don't get fooled by new graphics, a high pressure wash, and worn tires made nice and shiny by Armor All. There are lots of good, reliable used 250f's out there, but you have to know what to look for. Even then, there are no guarantees. Best of luck. Oh and don't forget to check the bike's VIN to confirm the model year. Also, a title or at least a MSO.
