I've never worked on this specific fork but I would do some combination of the following.  Depending on how much softer you want to go, you can remove a few face shims.  Or, you can add more taper, ending on a smaller clamp shim on the BV.  Softening the MV will have a direct effect on the feedback through the bars.  Adjusting the BV will have some effect on the feel and can also affect ride height.  If you're sprung correctly and it dives too much, you probably need more BV.  Some suggestions below:

BASE VALVE

32.2 x4 (remove one of these)
32.1 x12 (remove 2-4 of these)
24.1
31.1 x12
30.2 x2
29.2 x2
27.2 x2
25.2
23.2
21.2
19.2
17.2 (adding more taper, like 16.2, then 15.2, 14.2 under this one will also soften the whole stack)
23.2
Plate

REB/MID

6mm  ID
14.1 x3
13.1

Collar 2.5mm

8mm ID
24.1 x6
26.2 x6 (Remove 1 of these)

8.3

6mm ID

26.1 x6 (Remove 1 or 2 of these)
16.1
24.1
22.1
20.1
18.1
16.1
14.1
13.1

You can always put them back.
