about 5.8kg/mm should be ok

look at the racetech website - they have a spring rate calculator

Did you mean to change the spring?

I tried the calculator and if i got i right it tells me to use 5.8kg spring but i just want to know the right sag for me with the existing spring.

Thanks

The correct measurement requires the correct spring

You want about 30/100

With the stock spring you have, and your weight, you will only be able to achieve about 10/100, and the spring will have more than 15mm of compression, which is bad.

Use the Factory Connection or Race Tech spring calculator.

Change the front spring to match. If you are going to do this YOU SHOULD REVALVE at the same time, as the stock valving will be way out of range.

As said above 25mm static and 100mm loaded

Stock spring will be too soft and you will end up with too much preload to achieve the 100mm which will result in too little static and the risk that the spring will be coil bound at full compression
