Left on prime for a few hours

Messing with my bike (2013 400s) when my wife yelled to me we have water in the basement. Get the water up, fix plumbing, eat diner then oh shyte forgot to take fuel petcock off prime. Any way to check if it's flooded gas into crankcase?

Normally will not instantly flood.  Depends on the condition of the float valve and seat O ring. I have left mine on for several hrs with no problem.  Just start it and see if it starts like it is flooded or starts normal.

I have left it overnight without issue. The po tild me, the procedure on it, and said it never flooded on him. A friend also said it is very unlikely it will do anything
