PLEASE HELP XR200R head rod snapped

I was assembling my 91 XR200R ad when i went to torque the head bolts one snapped off. Please let me know if i can replace it or if im screwed. Thanks!

Its just threaded in - vice grips should get it out

Or even better a stud remover 2925113.jpg.4336df48e30fbf7a03d04bf9e6978435.jpg

New Cylinder stud bolt part number  - 90032-427-010
