New Chain & sprockets.... Is this normal ??? Video included

2000 DRZ 400 s....Added new 14t & 47 rear adjusted chain to three fingers on side stand.... Chain is smooth on decel and accel but just crusing at steady speed top of chain is going crazy !!! This can't be normal

Believe it or not that can be normal, but just to be sure, check every link on the chain by moving them to see if any are binding.
And use the manuals way of checking chain tension.

Thanks.... I have adjusted it loose, super loose , tight & tighter same results.... Me and a buddy took measurements up on a rack and nothing is bent.

Its completely normal . Think about the rotation of the wheel and the certain amount of relief you need with the travel the your suspension . There will be chain slap .

personally, i think it results from the sprockets not being perfectly aligned, but its the nature of the beast on these things .. make sure its lubed and dont run the chain tight ..
