Weimer, RCH and the outdoors

Recommended Posts

Even though his results may not be the best, I really like the guy. That being said, what is going on at RCH that Jake would flat out tell them no to fill in for tickle? Are they that bad to ride for or just not paying any cash?

I'm clearly not an insider like some here but it surprised me too when I heard it in an interview with weimer by matthes.

Perhaps he's secretly working with Yamaha to setup Webb's '18 factory YZF.

It's a no win situation for yam lovers

If he does better the old bike was holding him back

If he does the same it says he isn't the rider they hoped for

If he does worse then that's a terrible situation.

IMO, RC is a master at head games. When still racing, he often had Stew mentally beat before the gate even dropped. Now as a team leader I have seen him attempt to motivate his riders by challenging them through being pretty condescending. This type of motivation only works with certain personalities.

A more forward tilted cylinder will put more weight on the front end, perhaps helping the handling woes the 450 has had since it's redesign. I hope this helps Coop, the guy settles for nothing but winning. Go go, buddy!

I know what Squid will say no matter the results:

•If he does better:  bike was holding him back

•If he stays the same:  bike is still holding him back

•If he does worse:  '18 450 is holding him back more than the '17
