So, my header has gotten "stains" on it from riding in the rain. I'd really like to get it looking all shiny again.. Any pro tips?

Stop riding it!

Wipe it clean with WD40. Start bike and let idle to burn off oil. Pipe will be uniform in color but will never be "new" looking. Stainless steel just like all metals will age (color) with use.

I don't mind the aging, it's the spots from dirt/water i'd like to be rid of.
