My 2010 yz450f seems like it's been losing power lately...it's still very rideable and is fast like a 450 but doesn't have the torque or jump like it should. Seems like the motor just revs up when I give it throttle and the bike just doesn't really go. It barely even pulls the front wheel anymore in 2nd gear. It doesn't bog I have no trouble starting it just feels like it has a lag when your on the gas with a lack of torque.

Sounds like the clutch is worn. Pull the cover, spec the plates (using a micrometer) and if they are out of spec replace both the fibres and steels with new ones...

The basket should be fine , may just be the plates , but it wouldn't hurt to take a look.

Something that happens with fuel injection that you don't get with a carb is that when the fuel filter starts to get dirty, it will limit the amount of fuel delivered.  At first, this will run as if you just can't get full throttle more, even though you open it all the way up.
