ANSWER RACING 2018 GEAR LAUNCH

Recommended Posts

Got a chance to attend the launch party last night in Costa Mesa, CA for ANSWER RACING's 2018 line of gear.

And ran into the crew from Wolfpack Enduro

Their more entry level line is quite nice and includes full venting and a great value; get a shirt/pant/glove set for under $125.

Their new AR5 helmet is also pretty interesting in terms of style as well as design.  It's their first fiberglass shell helmet they've offered in a long time and comes in at $299.95 or about $50 more than their current helmets.

Their new Trinity line is their new premiere line.  It's super light weight yet durable with an athletic cut, plenty of ventilation, 4 way stretch fabric in the front, 900 denier saddle for the grippy seats today.  Knees still have top grain leather padding but not comes with Aramid fabric which can withstand 900 degrees so no more burning your pants on the exhaust.  There's also a new internal waist tightening system that pulls all the way from the back instead of just the sides.  Pant retails for $199.95 and jersey at $79.95.

I have a pair of their low end goggles as a backup, I actually like them alot for a $20 goggle.  I also have a pair of their gloves as a backup, good stuff too.  ANSR seems to be sort of forgotten by a lot of folks.

Dang, the "retro" gear was my current gear up until a month ago.  I was still rocking my answer stylus pants and jersey until i ordered a new set of msr gear a little while ago.  It is still in good shape 20 years later!
