2006 KTM PDS shim stack help

I bought a used 2006 KTM 200 xcw. It was lowered with a spacer lowering kit so took it apart to remove it and due to a series of silly moves I ended up dumping the shim stacks on my bench.

 

Does this look right?

 

Also the pictures I saw online show the bottom washer as flat but my bottom spacer looks different. I removed a 1/3 inch spacer that was of machined aluminum.

Your stacks "looks good" but you should post shim's OD and thickness to have an accurate answer. For the lowering, I personally prefer these KTM years lower. I feel the rear to high in the standard mode and I'm thinking that's the reason some were using crazy sag numbers as 45 free and 135 rider sag...

I still have a 250 XCW 2007 with a 5 mm spacer. Sag # are around 30/110.

I wonder if the bottom "washer" on the stack is a machined cone spacer to take some ride height out? I'm going to leave it in and see how I like it.

I pulled 1.5" spacers out of the front forks. They used 485mm springs which ended up having lots of preload.
