Tx300 or fx450?

Hey guys I'm in the market for a new bike and I'm trying to decide between a husky tx300 and a fx450. I've owned a 09 yz250 and a 2010 ktm 250sx and I like the lightweight and easy rebuild of a 2 stroke, but I'm also interested in the power and maybe fuel economy? Of a 4 stroke, I'm just not so sure about checking valve clearances or rebuilding it myself.are 450s really that much heavier and harder to work on that 2 strokes?  I'm looking to ride the track with my buddies as well as some after work woods/hill/open field riding. What do you guys think, any opinions would be appreciated

I'm wondering the same thing 450 4 stroke or a 300 2 stroke? I'm personally waiting for the 2018 Husqvarna TX 300 to come out. I think it will be a better fit. But the new 2018 TX 300 is $9100 here in ND. They have a 2013 Suzuki RMZ450F never been used leftover and only want $3300 for it so I'm really torn between this choice and would also appreciate any input on this decision. Thanks

Yea I had 2 YFZ 450's (quads) '06 and '09

Got raped by both those whores! Blew up the motor twice each bike. I did oil changes after every single ride. I did out a lot of work on them tho. I had them ported and polished, upgraded intake and exhaust and new carb, oil mod and more. I was really aggressive with them tho, doing jumps way to big and stressing them out with my fat ass ( was 290 pounds back then ). Since then I have become more mechanically inclined and feel I can do almost all maintenance and repair on a 2 stroke so I think I'll spent the extra $6000 grand on the new TX 300 seeing how I'll probably end up spending that on a new motor after 1 year on a 4 stroke.
