Rm125 help

well if it has low compression it will be difficult/will not start.  Assuming the rebuild was quality work you should have enough compression for it to run. check that the carb is clean, getting fuel, and the float level is set right. Check for spark. check the stator plate and make sure the timing marks are lined up. make sure the key is in the flywheel.

need compression, fuel, spark (at the right time) to run.
