I just rebuilt my bike and it wont start it just sneezes when i kick it whats the problem

What was done in the rebuild?

Compression test?

97rm125 i bored the cylinder 80 over and new piston and gaskets low compression

How low of compression? That can cause starting problems

Any access to a gage to get a number? Should have 150 min i would think.

well if it has low compression it will be difficult/will not start.  Assuming the rebuild was quality work you should have enough compression for it to run. check that the carb is clean, getting fuel, and the float level is set right. Check for spark. check the stator plate and make sure the timing marks are lined up. make sure the key is in the flywheel.

80 over!  Do they even make pistons and rings for that much over bore?
