Street legal in NH

Was looking for current information regarding making a dirt bike street legal in NH.  It used to be that all you needed was a headlight, tail/brake light, left mirror, and a bicycle horn.  You then brought your certificate of origin (even if it said off road only) to town hall with a letter stating that you made all necessary modifications, and you walked out with a plate, and title in the mail a few weeks later.  Can anyone who has recently done this confirm that this still works and this is the proper procedure?

I was a NH resident years ago, I plated a TT350 by doing what you said, not sure how it's done now. I plated my DRZe a few years ago in MA, it was easy once I found out how to do it
