Motorex sae 4 alternative?

this is about $60usd for 2L of fork oil which seems pricey.  Is motorex all that can be used in the forks or can motul be substituted?

I use Honda ss7  $5.99  per pint, takes 3 pints. Cost effective , sound , easily obtainable.

Fork oils vary a lot in viscosity of the same weight and will change valving effects, so stick to the same oil what ever that you use.

Bel Ray and SS7 are both ok to use in 4cs forks?
