brake spring hole notched

Used '16 tc150. I pulled the clutch cover to remove the ugly chipping paint. 

 

 I havent thought of a better bushing yet. I may just make a steel bracket.

Just e bay a good used one.

I used a stainless 3/16  rivet that I flared  on the back side.   The brake  pedal was notched too.  It's fairly hard and might wear the spring some but I don't mind that.
