I have a 2000 YZ426F and our elevation is 4,327. What size of main jet should I run?
Stock will be fine
More important is the FUEL SCREW: you should be an R&D so you can learn how to properly adjust the pilot circuit.
You should also replace the emulsion tube, slide plate, slide plate seal and probably the accelerator pump diaphragm on a carb that old. That stuff all wears out.
