Bottom photo low with bike running.

Does fuel level drop when running?  Does anyone know if that's normal?

Clogged venting somewhere?

Fuel level doesn't drop. It's just low, when the bike is running

Bike is running a lot better now since I moved the clip on the needle to the second from the bottom or fourth slot from the top. Still won't run with choke on

Great, place the choke in the "OFF" position and ride it a lot.

I noticed bike blowing of black smoke on start up and running rough, sputtering. Now it's running too rich. Should I move the clip on the needle higher ? Right now it is 4th from the top or second from the bottom
