Idle adjustment

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, I have a 2013 kx250f that won't start. I've already checked the timing, valve clearances, spark plug, and fuel pump and that didn't fix anything. I started messing around with the idle adjustment and got it to start but then i let it die and haven't been able to get it started since. I know In the manual it says to adjust the idle to get it at a certain rpm range but does anyone know how many TURNS the idle screw should be at?

I would just keep messing with the idle adjustment, if it won't start just messin with that I'd bump start it just to get it running then make sure it stays running while you figure out where you want your idle at.
