Duquette Enduro (Nemadji)

Well it wasn't dusty!

It was nice and greasy.  Not the best race to lose your rear brake half way in!

I think I saw you on 35 headed back home.  You looked like you were concentrating very hard on the drive home.

I had another race cursed by a transfer section.  After exiting the NE loop, I went around a few of the big mud ruts on the quad trail.  Well I missed the little bypass on one of them and didn't really think much of it, picked a line and went.  I picked wrong.  Fender deep, hit something under water, lost balance and the bike & I were completely submerged immediately. Took me about 30 minutes to get the bike started again after a drain and tow.  You could say that *puts on sunglasses*....dampened...my day.

Just wondering how the conditions are down that way.. Is there still snow and ice in the woods and on the trail?  In the past years it seems this is the first trail to clear off, so I usually start there first and work north later in the spring.

I don't want to clog up other threads with my ramblings about nothing so maybe I (everyone) could do it here? You could just post what you're up to or projects you're doing etc etc.
I finally got enough room in the garage to get my bike in. First thing i wanted to do was see what clutch i had and get the oils changed and give it a better once over.
