removing the exhaust to install my new shock! Threaded collar snapped of the nutsert clip thingy.

Well now that it's boogered up, I always thought it would be better to have the bolts removed from under the fender rather than through the number plate, maybe you can flip it around and test it out for me....

Then you get graphics with no holes..like the Husqvarna's. Clean look.

I had cut a larger access hole in the bottom of the fender, so I stole one of the locking (groves on the bottom) nuts from the upper fender/subframe mount. The inside of this one is really hard to get to. Suppose I could turn the bolt around and have the nut on the outside. It would keep the nut from falling when I drop it 10 times first. Not sure I could get that long bolt in from the inside though.
