WP AER Fork Pump Issues

Ok guys. Here is something really screwy. My AER fork pump will not shut off after 80 seconds like it should and it wipes out the battery in a few days. Anyone have the same issue? It is a pain to take it apart every time to stick the battery in and I don't want to get stock in batteries.

Just sounds like a warranty issues, take it to dealer and replace it or buy new non-KTM version for half the price.
