07 505 sxf - tight camshaft after bridge install

I just did a valve job on an 07 505 sxf, and after tightening down the camshaft bridges, the exhaust side is almost locked in place.  I can still get it to spin by using a socket on the crank bolt, but it is far from spinning freely.  Has anyone else seen this problem?  I can't imagine it is supposed to be that tight.

Over-torquing the bolts will do this.  This hasn't happened to me but I see that it is a fairly common occurrence.

Same thing happened to a customer's YZ250F. Too much torque on the bolts and not using the x-pattern to torque the caps.
