2013 crf250r or 2014 crf250r

Im trying to decided between the 2013 or 2014 crf250r . I just wanted your guys opinions on what you think is a better bike. i heard the 13 is weak on low end power but can you fix that with mapping? then i also heard the fuel injection on the 14 is better .Is it really all that much better or does it not make a big difference?

14-17 was the last gen before the 2018 redesign, not sure if the difference is worth a huge price however. I would not sweat what you have heard about either and just get the best deal.
