Hi Guys. I have an 08 KTM 530 EXC , plated , and run mostly in Southern California. Running the extra lighting and upgraded battery , the battery does not trickle charge unless it is completely drained. I usually just kick start it without any issues. Lately it skips gearing as I go to kick it. Kick started grinds and catches making top dead center more difficult to hit. On a local mail run , would not start at all for a good 1/2 hour. Got it fired up and got back home. Is this a flywheel issue ( similar to autos ) ? I rode in sneakers and my foot is bruised from kicking so muck. Thanks in advance on any input.
