Sheared off Clutch basket bolt

Sheared off a clutch basket bolt.  Got the bolt out but now what to put back in.  It is a 6 mm by 1 bolt with washer that does not come off.  Part number 90050-KYJ-902.  My question is can I use a regular 6mm by 1 bolt with a regular washer.  Local Honda shop never has stuff like this in stock and they are closed on Mondays so most likely cannot get the $1.00 bolt until Thursday or Friday as they will have to order.  I have a race this weekend so really want to get in some riding before next weekend.
