1997 KX 250 Needs Crank and Rod. What kind?

A friend picked up a 1997 KX 250. He asked me to help him get it going. The crank is done. As well as the rod. I found that Wiseco is 1/2 the price of Hotrods.

Common sense tells me that is probably because it is less than 1/ of the quality. What gives? Should I get Wiseco  or Hotrods?

Look no further thank these Wrench Rabbit kits:

Everything you need in one box, and the individual parts are from some of the most reputable names in the off-road parts world.

Great Thanks.

Good things happen to those who run cranks other than Wiseco.

That's the word on the street.

If it is the stock crank, send it to http://www.kenoconnorracing.com/ and have him rebuild it.

I always prefer running OEM parts.
