Valve Clearance/shims

So i was shimming my 07 crf450 today and noticed that the exhaust were in spec right side was .25mm and left side was .30mm. the intake were out of spec at .10mm. so i took it apart and shimmed them. now the intake are in spec at .15mm each but the rocker arm has no clearance now. I was wondering what could have caused this because I didnt touch any exhaust shims.

Make sure the exhaust shims are seated properly. And that the cam is in the correct position to measure the lash.

what is the lash? and on the rocker arm there is a pin and a nut, that holds that rocker arm from moving up too much. how is that supposed to be set?

yeah maybe readjust it anyway but i would make sure the shims on the exhaust is in correctly

it was the decompression arm that was out of spec

I'm sure you've figured It out but lash = clearance.
