Head-On Panic

Riding on the wrong side of the trail, can't see ahead, panics and makes a bad decision that could have got us hurt had I not been putting around.

Yup. Always need to be aware of that possibility. I always ride with a headlight on as well, might buy you a half second..

yep nasty business - headons - seen a few,

and have been in one as well

but you would never know looking at this selfie

always afraid of this- especially after having 2 head-ons myself...the last one I was "lucky" to only have both wrists sprained. :rolleyes:

actually they happened years ago when I lived in FL...rode Rampart today for the first time. Saw one other rider. But no way I'd ride there on a weekend...
