Disk conversion and the brake cylinder using a 650L swingarm on XR600

Recommended Posts

Looking for help from the guys that have put the 650L swingarm onto the 600R. I have what I believe to be a good pattern for the bracket, but would like everyone to put eyes on it and let me know what you think. Will this work? I have a sheet of 1/4 aluminum that should be rigid enough. What I'm really worried about is the angle of the cylinder.. I know the actuator has movement, but does that angle cause any issues that we are aware of???

Here is mine using xr650l pedal and yz450 2009 master cylinder it uses a reservoir that's built in :) no separate  hose and crap. You can see with the position of the pedal requires that the master cyl.stands up a little straighter than you have it now.
