Husky FC450 RE

It's sweet but a step back in the looks department, imo. Not a deal breaker but the KTM looks cooler. But the 16-18 Husky I preferred the white bikes.

Loved the looks of the first year ktm clone huskies. Not as much of a fan each subsequent year. Still a looker

Couple more..

that has got to be the worst looking rear side panel in a long time

yep black looks crap - white frame is the go

black rims  :banghead:

I'm very tolerant typically. I genuinely think all the regular 2018 450s look great in their own way.

But this...They've crossed the line badly.

Is it supposed to look like the plastics don't line up?

Best looking bike there is.  I wouldn't want the rockstar advertisement but the black on white is SEXY.

2017 looks heaps better

I meant to say production bike. But either way it's better looking than all three of the bikes you posted.   That ysmaha looks totally stupid with the reverse cylinder.

Maybe to you

It looks like a husky 85

I just threw up and cried.

Floating disc ,they have that before ?

No

I'm not sure if the team runs them but you can buy floating rotors. I doubt a bike stopping on dirt would benefit

Not sure why the floating rotors. I know mine does not have them. I thought that trend was going out? The sidepanels supposedly are that way due to the subframe now being 2 pieces and I guess something about it is to make the exhaust and shock maintenance easier (which was tough on the previous model). The bike is sweet, just like the KTM. I can't say I'm in love with the look of the plastics though, which isn't a big deal. But to me, the 16-18 is so smooth and awesome looking. Also white frame>

I love the look of this bike. Always loved the white/red Yamahas of any year. My current 250F looks similar to this.

I really dislike that yellow line dropping toward the back of the bike. Been there a few years now and still looks like a saggy ass to me. Rest of the bike I like.

New graphics, problem solved.

Is only Deano's setup with the floating rotor? He might like the increase in initial bite for SX

Is it just me or did the camera coverage suck a little more this weekend?  Several shots when heated battles were coming down the camera goes off.. They did it two time at least in one corner when a pass was going to be made, going from floor to sky camera there was a delay. Why not show race coverage and not switch until decent camera shot is acquired.   Several incidences, no coverage.. Then when they get some film on something they missed, they have better camera footage then they were showing live on TV.

HPI programmable CDI with integrated shift interrupt and 2-map switch. This is an excellent addition to an 85 or 105 supermoto/minigp bike.

      Link to manufacturer: http://hpi.be/item.php?item=CD5002D-2CP-S

I will include bracket, shift solenoid and the Hammerhead shift lever. Basically a bolt-on-and-go affair.

The maps were done by TDC 2-Stroke Performance in IL and are mid to top end focused (supermoto/ roadrace).

This will work on '04-'17 bikes.
I have changed platforms from a KTM 105 to a Honda CRF150R and am selling off the 105 stuff to fund the R build.

      Asking $425/shipped

I'm not sure what Yamaha was thinking by signing him early to a longer term contract.  I was really pulling for him this year and like him, but with his history, it seems like he's at his best when he's racing for a ride.  They sign him, and he goes 10th and dns.  Not sure how long he'll be out, but they should have kept him hungry and not signed him until the off season.  Hindsight is 20/20 though.
Poor guy can't seem to make it through a season, but I was hoping he'd have a healthy season this year and do well.
      (edit: obviously talking about Barcia)
