Dr650 fuel in petcock vacuum line?

So I've been chasing and erratic idle for a while decided to pull the tank off today and noticed that when I pulled the vacuum line off the petcock fuel dripped out I would think that's not supposed to do that LOL what's your thoughts?

You are correct !

Yup, that's not good, time for a new diaphragm....

go with a yamaha raptor instead. cap off the vac nipple on the carb.

much cheaper & more reliable than the vac petcock

yamaha p/n  5LP-24500-01-00

Was the petcock on prime, if it was that bypasses the vacuum and lets gas flow freely
