This the piston measure out at 100.457mm. No markerings or numbers. Wonder if anybody see this kind of big bore piston. I’m leaning towards a Wiseco. But not for sure! Any help would be appreciated!

need to look underneath the piston for numbers / letters

could also be a Vertex or J.E

Been there! No numbers or markings at all on this slug!

ok what are you trying to find out - apart from piston maker

Trying to find a manufacturer to get new rings and head gasket.

It does look like the older style wiseco

you cant make out any anything in the middle of the piston ?

There is nothing!

Next plan is to call wiseco

I don’t know if you notice it has a raised domb

Ive been searching pics to see if i can match it up - no luck yet

The only other thing is to put a whole piston kit in it

This is for an XR600r isnt it ?

Found the exact same shaped piston - but its for an 84-85 XL600

I meant the E-bay piston , yours is forged.

Get in touch with XRs only.

Looks like an XL piston to me.The old HRC piston was a domed XL600 sized if memory serves me. Which is dose not lately. But that was an cheap way to do a bb in the old days.
