Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum here. I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong spot. I've been trying to remove the engine on my 1989 yz125 and have had some difficulty with the swing arm bolt. It's my first bike so I'm not too familiar with the tear down process. I've looked up some videos on how to do it and it seems like it generally requires some heavy hitting while making sure not to screw up the threads or mushroom it all together. However, my bike looks different than all the others i've seen in that it cannot be pushed through to the other side can you pull it out or what? the bolt seems to have a little play so i know its not stuck. I don't have a manual for it and have not been able to find any info online. Thanks in advance!
I know very little on how to do what I want to do regards to putting together a 2nd hand ec 300
I'm making videos to entertain others and myself during the build
Any help would be great in the weeks to come

So, I just purchased a used 2014 KX250f yesterday that I found a great deal on. Guy just wanted it gone. The only problem I am running into is the swingarm/rear wheel alignment. I have the pictures right below. I know the rear fender is off to the left a little but when I compared the wheel to the seat and frame, it still looks off.
To me, in person, it looks as if the swingarm or the rear wheel is shifted to the right. I don't know exactly how to tell if it is off. Is there any measurement I can take? Also, if it is off. How can I fix it? I haven't been able to ride it yet to see if I can feel it out. I live in the suburbs, and I can't get to the track until this weekend. I can take more pics from different angles if you need me too. Any help will be appreciated.
Also, I got the engine mapping plugs from the guy who owned it, but he didn't have any knowledge of how to use them. I know what the white, green, and black plugs do, I just don't know where to plug one in. When I was looking over the bike, there were a lot of plugs that looked just the same. So I'm not sure which one to exchange.

First time posting here but been reading forums for a long time.
I am looking to buy a new swingarm for my 2010 yz250 since the previous owner hadn't changed or greased the bearings since 2010 (bought it last year). All the pins in the bearings were out, making the collar grind through to the alu and make the hole where the bearing sit oval. Also he has welded the swing in one place due to a crack. Funny thing to discover huh, I just thought my suspension was a little on the hard side .
So what I am asking is what swing arms will fit? As I understand it from reading alot of older threads on this forum and others
2006- yz 125/250 swingarm
2006-2008 yz 250/450 swingarm
Would all fit, but they have diffrent part numbers for diffrent years eg 06-07 yz 125/250 and 08+ and I am wondering what that means? I think I read somewhere that it was due to change in the chain guide mount or something? Is the geometry 100% the same? Must fit with the brake and everything but I think that's fine.
If anyone know 100% I would be really happy ! Thanks
