2014 YZ450f Valve clearance question

I am checking valve clearances, and the manual calls for intake 0.13~0.20mm and exhaust at 0.20~0.25mm.  I am right at the 0.13 feeler gauge on the intake, and right at the 0.20 feeler gauge on the exhaust.  Technically I am in spec, should I go ahead and shim now that I am this far?  Or is it being over cautious?

If You are in spec,  I would leave them alone.

I do many different motors and write the clearance on the cam caps with a sharpie permanent marker.

It helps Me keep an eye on what is going on with My riders engines.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing, Just wanted a second opinion.

You're fine. I've had one intake on my '09 at the min clearance for the last 140hrs. Just keep an eye on them.
