bsaville07 Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) Recently purchased a 2012 KTM 350. While riding after about 10 min it will shut off like you hit the kill switch and will not turn back on or kick start. I let it sit for a few days and tried to kick start it and it fired up for another 10 min of riding then died again. This time I took out the main fuse and put it back in. After I did this the bike will kick start yet still nothing happens when i push the electric start (full battery). Im assuming this is a shortage somewhere. Anyone ever experienced something like this? Going to try to fix myself before taking it somewhere. DRS Posted March 20, 2018 check the braided ground under the seat where it attaches to the frame from the battery; occasionally that moves and ends up right under a part of the seat that smashes it into the frame and grounds out. good luck.
